Albion KB Competition Weymouth

Albion designed the KB bridle in conjunction with Klaus Balkenhol, international dressage trainer, after investigating the true needs of the horse.

 

• The whole crown 'pressure area' is cushioned.
• The 'solid' part of the bridle, which is the broad contact with the cushion, is now a combined noseband hanger and throatlash (both are not subjected to any tension from the bit or rein contact).
• The headpiece lies on top of the cushioned crown, thus minimising the influence of the bit contact pressure and dispersing this pressure over the maximum possible area.
• The browband, by conventional judgements, is always oversized.
• This bridle comes complete with full rubber reins.
• Also available with options of cavesson and plain curb strap, cavesson and 1/2 nubuck strap or crank and 1/2 nubuck curb strap.
